How much does it cost to paint the interior of my home in Central Oregon?

Interior pricing is slightly more complicated than exterior pricing thanks to variables such as ceiling height, trim style, drywall damage, and whether or not you plan to paint the ceilings or have accent walls. How much does it cost to paint the exterior of my home in Central Oregon?

Every project is unique. Here are typical estimates based on the square-footage of your home:
1,000-1,500 square-foot homes range from $1,500-$3,100
1,500-2,000 square-foot homes range from $3,900-$6,200
2,000-3,000 square-foot homes range from $4,650-$10,500
3,000-5,000+ square-foot homes start at $10,500

Do I need to prepare my home for house painting?

Not at all. The only thing we ask is that you remove any fragile items from the work area. We’ll take care of the rest!

How soon do I need to have my colors picked out?

We ask that you have your paint colors chosen at least one week in advance of house painting. We provide free color consultations of up to one hour should you need additional help. Our suppliers (Sherwin Williams, Denfeld, PPG) would be more than happy to help out as well!

Is there anything I can do to save money?

There are several things you can do to save some money during the house painting process. Removing furniture from work areas can greatly reduce labor costs, as can removing switchplate covers, outlet covers, and light fixtures. We’ll be happy to discuss further options during your consultation.
